Over the past few days we’ve been experiencing some annoying server issues. Rest assured that any time something like this arises we try to get everything back up and running again as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately however, some members may have been double charged on October 5th, or may have signed up but didn’t receive access. If this happened to you, create a support account or write us a support request under your current account and we’ll get your account fixed. Do not write in unless you are sure of this issue, we won’t ‘accidentally’ give you access if you haven’t really signed up.
